Do you post every property owner listing that comes into Community Lodge or are the beds passed out behind the scenes?

Will Sun Peaks Resort help collect rent from employees?

What if I have rented to SPR/SPG/SPB employees in previous years, not through the Community Lodge program, and plan on renting to them again?

I have an extra room in the apartment that I am leasing. Am I able to participate as a landlord?

What if my tenant doesn’t work out?
